- Open Microsoft Word 2010 and click “File” from the top left corner.

You can create your own business cards in Microsoft Word 2010 using the built-in tools. This process is simple and only requires a few steps.

Open Microsoft Word 2010 and click “File” from the top left corner. Then click “New” from the list on the left. In the search bar at the top of the page, type in “Business Cards” and hit enter. Select a template that you like and click “Create.”
If you want to create business cards in Word 2010, the first thing you need to do is select “New” from the drop-down menu. This will bring up a list of templates that you can choose from. Once you have found a template that you like, click on it and then click on the “Create” button.

Enter your business information in the text fields provided and select an image for your card if desired. You can also add additional text boxes, shapes or lines by clicking on the “Insert” tab and selecting your desired object from the toolbar.
When you’re finished, click on the “File” tab again and select “Print.” Click on “Properties” to choose your printer settings and ensure that you’re printing on heavy cardstock.

1. Download a business card template. You can find free business card templates online, or you can purchase a template from Microsoft Office Online.

3. Enter your information into the template. You will need to enter your name, title, company name, address, phone number, email address, and website URL.
4. Choose a font and font color that you like. You can experiment with different fonts and colors until you find a combination that you like.
5. Print out your business cards on cardstock or heavy paper. You may need to use a heavier weight paper if you are printing your cards at home on a personal printer.
6. Cut out your business cards along the dotted lines. Make sure to cut straight so that your cards look professional.

You can use the “File” tab and click “Save As” to save the document with a new file name. When you have finished editing the template, click “File” and then click “Print” to print the business cards.

If you plan on printing your own business cards, you can use Microsoft Word to design and print them. You can manually input your own text and graphics, or you can use one of Word’s built-in business card templates. Once you have your business card design the way you want it, save the document as a Word template file so you can easily print more copies in the future.
In the “New Document” task pane, click the “Templates” link to open the “Available Templates” screen. On the “Available Templates” screen, select the “Cards” tab and then scroll through the options until you find a business card template that you like. When you find a template that you want to use, click on it once to select it and then click the “Download” button.
Once the template has been downloaded, open it in Microsoft Word 2010. You will see that your template already has all of the text and images formatted in place. All you need to do is add your own information to personalize your cards.
When you are finished inserting your information, go to the “File” menu and select “Save As.” In the “Save As” window, select “Word Template (*.dotx)” from the “Save as type” drop-down menu and click “Save.”

To print your business cards, click “File” > “Print” and select the number of copies you want to print. Business cards are typically printed on cardstock, which is a thicker paper than standard copy paper. If you don’t have cardstock, you can use heavier paper, such as 24-pound weight paper.
Click the “Page Layout” tab. In the “Page Setup” group, click “Size.” Click the size of business card you want to print. For example, if you have Avery 5371 business cards, click “Avery Standard 5371.”
Click the “File” tab. In the “Print” group, click “Print.” The Print dialog box appears.
In the “Copies” field, enter the number of copies of your business card you want to print.
Under “Settings,” select the options you want, such as which printer to use or whether you want to print in landscape or portrait orientation.
Click “OK.”
